1 · Booking & Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of booking. By completing your booking through TidyCal, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

All sessions are subject to approval by the host. You will receive a confirmation once your booking has been approved. If your booking is not approved, you will receive a full refund.

Prices are listed in US dollars. BluePrint Studio reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. The price shown at the time of your booking is the price you pay.

2 · Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations with 48+ hours notice: You may cancel or reschedule at no charge. Use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule, or contact hello@blueprintstudio.live to cancel. You will receive a credit equal to the full session value, valid for 6 months.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice: Because significant preparation time is invested in each session prior to your appointment, cancellations made within 48 hours are not eligible for a refund. You will receive a credit equal to 50% of the session value, valid for 6 months.

No-shows: If you do not attend your session and have not contacted BluePrint Studio in advance, the session is forfeited. No credit or refund will be issued.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule once at no charge with 48+ hours notice. Additional reschedules may be subject to a $20 administrative fee.

A note from Nico Sol: I understand that life is unpredictable, and I always do my best to accommodate genuine emergencies with grace. If something unexpected has happened, please reach out directly at hello@blueprintstudio.live and we will find a solution together.

3 · Session Recording & Consent

All Grand BluePrint Sessions are recorded via Zoom. By booking a session with BluePrint Studio, you consent to being recorded for the duration of the session.

Your recording is prepared and delivered exclusively for your personal use, reflection, and integration. It will be shared with you via a private link within 7 days of your session.

Your session recording will not be shared with third parties, used in marketing materials, or published in any form without your explicit written consent. You may request deletion of your recording at any time by contacting hello@blueprintstudio.live.

4 · Confidentiality

Everything shared within a BluePrint Session — your personal history, your questions, your chart data, and the contents of your conversation — is held in complete confidence.

BluePrint Studio will never share your personal information, session content, or chart data with any third party without your explicit written consent. Your intake form responses and birth data are used solely for the purpose of preparing and delivering your BluePrint Session and report.

5 · Report Delivery

Every Grand BluePrint Session includes a custom PDF BluePrint Report, delivered to the email address provided at booking within 7 days of your session.

Your report is prepared specifically for you and is the intellectual property of BluePrint Studio. It is for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission.

6 · Nature of the Work · Disclaimer

This work is not predictive. It is structural.

BluePrint Studio sessions draw on Western and Vedic Astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, Sabian Symbols, and Architectural Archetypes as reflective and analytical tools. They are offered for personal insight, self-understanding, and grounded guidance.

BluePrint Studio sessions are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Nothing shared in a session should be interpreted as a diagnosis, prognosis, or guarantee of any outcome.

You are the ultimate authority on your own life. The work of BluePrint Studio is to help you see your own design more clearly — not to make decisions for you.
